Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in INR, GST included where applicable.

Payment: We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and COD via Razorpay. Failed payments will not place an order.

Pricing & errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with full refund.

Intellectual property: All product images, designs, and copy are owned by [Store name]. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability: Our liability is capped at the order value. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or force majeure.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be settled in Bengaluru courts.
